Coach Lisa's Programs

1. ONE-ON-ONE COACHING: I provide private Leadership Coaching for Millennial and Gen X individuals who want to hire me on their own – not through their companies. Engagements are for 12 weeks, and we have one telecoaching session per week (45-50 minutes each). 2. COMPANY COACHING: Some companies hire me to provide Leadership Coaching for Millennial or Gen X employees they have selected, or that have volunteered. This is typically a combination of group coaching and one-on-one coaching with each employee. If your company is interested in having me coach your Millennial or Gen X employees, contact me for information.
   
   
3. TRANSITIONING MILLENNIALS INTO LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: This is a unique program targeted at companies who want to effectively transition their Millennial talent into leadership roles. And I created this program with Camille Smith, a 25-year Executive Coach, and President of Work In Progress Coaching, Inc. Our “phased” program is not only for the Millennials themselves, but for the managers who will be leading them. KEY POINT: Currently, professional training and certification are NOT required to become “a coach”. Only 50% of practicing coaches are “certified”. However, I chose to enroll in a rigorous, intensive, 12-month Professional Coach Certification Program – accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF is the peak body for coach certification). Requiring “certification” is actively being discussed in the industry today.
